Preparation :
1. Have back to goal
2. Flex knees, hold hands chest high
3. Pivot, swing ball inside the area
Execution :
4. Push toward goal
5. Lift shooting arm up and back
6. Keep head up, eyes on goalie
7. Whip throwing arm forward
8. Snap wrist
Follow-through :
9. Extend non throwing arm to the floor
10. Extend shooting arm to the floor
11. Flex elbows
12. Catch yourself with hands
